Levanto

Levanto lies just north of the Cinque Terre on the Riviera di Levante and is the best kept secret for those looking for a quiet and relaxing beach experience.

The beaches are wide and sparsely populated as they are not as well known as many other. There is still a good infrastructure with many restaurants and bars with great food.

A must see if you are here is the church Sant’ Andrea and the old castle with its large city walls, both of which were built in the Middle Ages.
