Zuccarello is a very beautifully maintained mountain village from the Middle Ages. One can stroll majestically in the main lane with beautiful arcades and enjoy the ligurian cuisine in the two restaurants located within the place.
The ruins of a castle from the 13th century are found on the upper side of the village.
At the entrance to Zuccarello is the "Bentornata Ilaria" bronze statue by Flavio Furlani, who still has his studio in Albenga even today.
